2 Ironman Triathlons in 1 Week

This is my wife and son. She is in remission from Aplastic Anemia, an incurable, deadly bone marrow disease.

I have completed 2 Ironman Triathlons in 1 week to raise money for the Aplastic Anemia (www.aamds.org).

This is a blog of my training, fundraising, and life leading up to this week of races.
