Monday night swim

Made it to the pool again today. (I see a trend forming)

I felt a little stronger than I did on Saturday in the pool. That's a good sign. I was able to put together 200yd swim without stopping. That's good!

My swim workout was with my friend (also named Steve). He did a little more than I.

The good news is that I'm guessing your swimming will come back pretty quick once you get breathing back in line, since I'm guessing you have a fair aerobic base already.

Yeah, that's always the case. If I can stay in the pool 2-3 times a week, I should be back to swimming 2,000 yards within a couple weeks. However, weight training and cycling are taking precedence right now over swimming so if something has to give, it'll be the pool...so I may not have much consistency in the pool until early 2008. We'll have to see how it goes with work and family.
